Always having had a passion for fast Aircraft, Cars and Superbikes - as soon as I was old enough to get a legal permit to learn to ride a motorcycle on public roadways I was off enjoying the local twisties and scenic vistas.  I developed a love for working on performance multivalve car engines at a young age and it has only festered with time.  A good, sorted - powerful machine always brings me joy when either behind the wrenches, handle-grips, wheel or flightstick...
 

Regardless if the performance machines cost a bit more in cash, time and effort, to me nothing is more satisfying to run with when on Trips or just tooling around.  The sounds, vibrations, smell and cheap thrills are where my lust for life seems to peak just a little more than normal, Petrolheads & Aviators understand this sickness that causes smiles per mile...  My passion for this pastime has motivated me to become better at capturing the joys with film and sound media, then sharing it with others - it makes it all worth the hassle in my view...

From the pretty, to the pretty enthusiastic, to the Genius-level engineering or operating talents, the People you meet span across all walks of life who share the love and skills to keep such machines operating/looking good are highly rewarding with this pastime.

VWs, Audis, Ducatis, Suzukis, Hondas, Toyotas, BMWs and Porsches are all machines I have had a chance to maintain and enjoy so far in life...  but I've also been fortunate to have enjoyed Lotuses, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and can say that if you can afford them, they really make the grins happen...
